Travel Customer Care Specialist (m/f/d)

SkyAlps is seeking a Travel Specialist to join our Customer Care Team.

Your responsibilities:

  • Provide telephone and email support to our guests and travel agencies regarding inquiries about vacation packages, hotels, and travel options.
  • Understand customer needs and offer specific solutions.
  • Process guest bookings in our reservation systems.
  • Research personalized offers and book them in close collaboration with the flight department.
  • Organize travel itineraries in collaboration with our partners, such as fulfilling special requests or ensuring booking quality.
  • Support quality and product management in improving travel products and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Your profile:

  • You have a passion for sales and are enthusiastic about our products.
  • You speak fluent German and Italian, and have a good command of English.
  • You have a positive attitude and see the glass as half full, not half empty.
  • You have the ability to learn quickly.
  • You communicate clearly and friendly, even in hectic situations.
  • You are able to remain calm and prioritize in stressful situations.
  • Ideally, you already have experience in sales or the travel industry.

The contractual conditions and salary level will be determined based on the profile and experience of the chosen candidate.
