Data holder
We inform you pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 679/2016 (hereinafter the "GDPR") that your personal data will be processed by Skyalps s.r.l., with registered office in Piazza del Grano 3, 39100 Bolzano (BZ) (hereinafter the "Data Controller") in its capacity as data controller and in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR and Legislative Decree 196/2003. Your personal data may also be collected from third parties. In this case, this information is given pursuant to Article 14 of the GDPR.
Types of data processed
The Controller processes personal data collected during personnel recruitment and selection activities. This includes personal data within the meaning of Article 4(1) GDPR, such as, for example, name, surname, address, email address or mobile telephone number, as well as possibly also special categories of personal data within the meaning of Articles 9(1) and 10 GDPR relating to health or trade union membership, personal data relating to criminal convictions or offences.
Purpose and legal basis of processing
The processing of your personal data is carried out for the purpose of recruitment and selection of personnel and activities strictly related thereto (e.g. planning of activities, internal control services).
The legal basis for the processing of your data is the execution of pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject pursuant to Articles 6(1)(b) GDPR and 111-bis of Legislative Decree 196/2003.
The processing of special categories of personal data requires the free consent of the data subject pursuant to Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR. We urge you not to transmit special data in the absence of express consent. You shall have the right to revoke any such consent given at any time, but this shall not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given prior to revocation.
Optional nature of providing personal data
The provision of your personal data is not compulsory; however, failure to provide it will make it impossible to carry out the checks provided for by the internal procedures in force and, consequently, will make it impossible to carry out a personnel selection or to establish a working relationship.
Communication of Personal Data
Your Personal Data may be communicated to the following parties
natural persons authorised by the Controller after signing a confidentiality agreement (e.g. employees of the Personnel/Administration department, system administrators);
data processors as defined in Art. 4(1)(8) GDPR who perform activities related to the aforementioned processing purposes on behalf of the Controller (any agencies, employment consultants, technology service providers, platform providers, etc.).
Personal Data Retention Period
Your Personal Data will be kept for the time necessary for the aforementioned purposes of personnel selection and recruitment, and in any case, will not be kept for a period of time longer than 12 months.
Your rights under Art. 15 et seq. Of the GDPR
The GDPR grants you numerous rights, which we invite you to consider carefully, including:
have access to your personal data, obtain their rectification or erasure or object to their processing;
requesting the restriction of processing in the cases provided for by Article 18 of the GDPR;
receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format in the cases provided for by Article 20 of the GDPR;
to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali) pursuant to Article 77 of the GDPR if you believe that the processing of your personal data is in breach of the GDPR.
