How to use a SkyAlps gift voucher

If you have received a SkyAlps voucher as a gift, here is what you should pay attention to:

  • The voucher is always valid for 1 year from the date it was issued;
  • The voucher can be used to make a booking for one or more tickets and will be automatically deactivated once used;
  • The voucher can only be used once; if not used in full, the remaining credit will no longer be available.
  • The voucher can be used to purchase tickets on any route available on our website;
  • The discount is applied to the total price at check-out;
