IT Application Analyst (m/f/d)

We are looking for an IT Application Analyst (m/f/d) to strengthen our team at our Bolzano office.

 

Main responsibilities:

 

  • Technical and Functional Support: Provide first and second-level support for business applications, troubleshooting technical issues and responding to end-user requests.
  • Requirements Analysis: Work with business teams to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications to configure or enhance applications.
  • Monitoring and Maintenance: Ensure that applications are continuously monitored to guarantee high levels of availability and performance.
  • Update Management: Plan and manage the installation of updates, patches, and improvements for business applications.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and training materials to support application adoption.
  • User Training: Train end users on the use of applications and provide assistance in resolving operational issues.

 

Required skills:

 

  • Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of business software, ERP systems, relational databases (SQL), and reporting tools, as well as experience in developing and programming business software and system integrations.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze and interpret data, with a strong problem-solving orientation.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with cross-functional teams. A good knowledge of English, both written and spoken, is required to manage technical documentation and communicate with international colleagues and clients.
  • Customer Orientation: Ability to understand the needs of end users and provide timely and efficient support.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in application support or application analysis.
  • Familiarity with the integration and maintenance of business applications.
  • Previous experience in aviation and/or travel applications is welcome.

 

The type of contract and salary level will be determined based on the profile and experience of the selected candidate.
